The device has a harness vest adjustable to morphology of a passenger and having front and rear shoulder bands (9, 10). Strap guiding clamps (1) are fixed, on top of the bands, perpendicular to a diagonal strap of a three point safety belt for slidably positioning and maintaining the strap on the shoulders of the passenger. The vest has a belt (17) with sliding and adjustable size, at a base of the vest.
