The installation has a capturing and emitting center equipped with an average receiver of images focused to doors of an enclosure, and a data processor connected to a camera for processing the caught images. The images are stored in a receiving center in real time, so that beginning of the installation is conditioned. A connection exists between the capturing and emitting center and the receiving center by general packet radio service (GPRS)or universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS).
