A tine 22 is mounted on a tine bar 2 of a side delivery rake by providing a block of elastomer material in which the tine is secured, the block having legs 9, 10 to embrace the tine bar and to be secured thereto by a clamp 12. A lug 4 on the block engages in an opening in the tine bar to positively position and hold the block against displacement relative to the tine.
