The device has a rear parcel surface (20`), disc surface (22`) and a spring (24) together assuring selective integration and disintegration between a disc (22) and transmission units, when an angular acceleration of the disc is less than a preset value. The transmission units are ring gears (161-164) and pinions (181-186). The spring rests the disc against the transmission units to keep the surfaces opposed to each other. An independent claim is also included for a gearbox.
