The side light has an internal housing with LEDs on a support plate. A diffusing surface of the support plate is provided such that light is emitted on an external housing, where the light is passed outside the housing. The diffusing surface is formed by diffusing elements, where the LEDs and the diffusing elements are attached with each other. Light emitted by diodes is guided through a tubular body on the support plate towards the external housing.
