PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant's temperature detecting device capable of accurately detecting occupant's temperature, especially temperature in the face. SOLUTION: The occupant's temperature detecting device 1 is provided with an infrared ray sensor 12 for detecting temperature inside a cabin including at least the face of an occupant. The infrared ray sensor 12 detects at least the face of the driver through a hollow part 311 of a steering wheel 31 as a through part thereof, and when steering angle of the steering wheel 31 hinders a view of the sensor, a sensor control unit 11 determines that detection by the infrared ray sensor 12 is unavailable.
