PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a vehicle to secure safety in simple constitution while using a combustible refrigerant an earth warming coefficient of which is small. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system for the vehicle is furnished with a refrigerating cycle furnished with a circulation channel 12 to extend in an engine room 2 of the vehicle and in which the combustible refrigerant circulates, a fan 22 provided in the engine room 2 and to generate a flow of air in the engine room 2 and a control device 25 having a flow velocity sensor 24 to monitor the flow of the air in the engine room 2 and to control working of the fan 22 in accordance with a monitoring result of the flow velocity sensor 24.
