PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to erase what is written with a marker pen enabling erasure with water, by supplying an optimum quantity of water onto the surface of an eraser. SOLUTION: A water tank being provided, a proper quantity of water is supplied onto a skin by a pumping function, so as to wet a part of the skin and thereby to erase what is written with the marker pen.
