PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a temperature gradient of washing water accommodated in a tank 4 to be maintained by relaxing impact of the washing water falling in the tank 4, and to allow miniaturization of a heater 24. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a washing nozzle 10 for injecting heated washing water to a container 8, the tank 4 which is arranged downward to the washing nozzle 10 and into which the washing water injected to the container 8 falls and flows, the heater 24 for heating the washing water accommodated in the tank 4, and a supply pipe 6 for supplying the washing water to the washing nozzle 10. Further, the heater 24 is mounted on the upper part of the tank 4, and an impact relaxing means 18 is provided for relaxing the impact of the washing water falling in the tank 4 to prevent agitation in the tank 4 by a fall of the washing water. The washing water accommodated in the tank 4 is provided with the temperature gradient which becomes higher temperature as a position becomes upper, and also the supply pipe 6 is placed in the tank 4 to exchange heat with the washing water in the tank 4.
