<p>The method involves transmitting a voice message from one of multiple voice message receiving units (SE1-n) to a voice message utilizing unit (SN) of a voice message receiver. The utilizing unit prepares message information data, based on which the message is transmitted. The voice message is converted to text data by a speech recognition process of the unit (SN) when the voice message cannot be acoustically reproduced. The message information data contains the information such as name of voice message sender, postal address of the sender, communication address of the sender, date and/or time of despatch of the message, and date and/or time of receipt of the message. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an apparatus for supporting a receiver of a voice message (B) a computer program product with a software program coding section for executing a method of supporting a receiver of a voice message.</p> |
