Generating a biogas e.g. methane, comprising combining a combination of organic solid and semi-liquid substances, shredding and chopping to produce a homogenous mixture, then fermented in an anaerobic reactor, is new. The shredding and chopping process materials follow a circular return route until the process is complete and the substances are homogenized. Prior to mixing, the solid substances are loosened. The semi-liquid and solid substances are brought together at a constant rate that maintains a steady ratio of one to the other. The solid substances represent about 25 % by weight. An independent claim is also included for a commensurate homogenization assembly.</p> |
