Segments are demarcated on traffic areas with a local network (LAN) with access points (A1,A2). Segment boundaries are monitored with metering devices that registers users coming in and out. Relationships between users and resources available in the segments are defined for the demarcated segments, which are monitored as to whether these relationships defined for them are observed.
