The method of producing isotactic poly([R]-3-hydroxybutyric acid), an analogue of the natural polymer, characterised in that anionic polymerisation of [S]-P-butyrolactone is carried out, preferably in mass or in a solvent, in the presence of anionic polymerisation initiators, selected from the group comprising: 3-hydroxybutyrates of lithium, sodium, potassium or caesium, with a cation of an alkaline metal, after complexing with crown ether or another macrocyclic ligand. |
