METHOD FOR PROCESSING RUBBER WASTES

A method for processing rubber wastes comprising heat treatment of the rubber wastes with hydrocarbon solvent and subsequent separation of liquid phase, in which the liquid phase of pyrolysis product of carbon-containing material is used as the hydrocarbon solvent, and prior to the separation of the liquid phase the superheated water vapor acts upon the product of heat treatment and, at least, the obtained product is separated once into gaseous and solid phases. The method is preferably carried out at a temperature of the hydrocarbon solvent from 110 to 300 degree C and the superheated vapor temperature from 200 to 450 degree C. The obtained final fraction analogs of gasoline, diesel fuel are usable as fuel for motor vehicles.
