<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a light emitting display panel capable of preventing deterioration of display quality due to delay of a scanning signal. <P>SOLUTION: The AND output signals of shift output from each shift output from a first shift register 3a provided to a scanning driver 3 and a second shift register 3c which generates shift output in order based on a data latch signal (SLAT) are supplied to respective scanning lines of a display panel 1 via a level shifter 3d. Reading of a part of data signals at the time of selection of the next line due to delay of signal propagation on the scanning signal line is prevented and the deterioration of the display quality due to the delay of the scanning signal is dissolved by controlling each scanning signal line as scanning selected states and controlling the scanning signal lines at non-selected states predetermined time before timing when the next data latch signal is outputted synchronized with the data latch signal which latches data signals for one scanning line to be supplied to a data driver 2 by the configuration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
