<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably attach and detach a feeding tube to and from a gastric fistula catheter for replacement. <P>SOLUTION: The feeding tube 2 is attachable and detachable to and from a catheter main body 1 for replacement. The feeding tube 2 has a tube main body 10 and a second connection means 11 fixed to the tube main body 10. The second connection means 11 holds an engaging member 16 to the side wall 15 of a cylindrical adapter main body 12 with a bottom in a slidable manner.
