<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin having photocurability which is useful as an electronic material, a paint, a material for ink and so forth, and to provide a coating agent which, one containing the above, can form a photocuring coating film having excellent adhesion to a polyethylene terephthalate film, a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin is represented by general formula (1).
