<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total energy system in building capable of treating organic waste water produced in a building at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The total energy system in a building 1 is constituted so that a thermophile treating tank 17 of treating the organic waste water g produced in the building 1 by means of thermophile is disposed in the building 1 provided with private power generation equipment 10 and the organic waste water g treated in the thermophile treating tank 17 is heated by utilizing heat energy c generated on the private power generation equipment 10.
