<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing the stator core and the back yoke of an outer rotor type motor for a direct coupled washing machine, in which the man-hours of work and materials can be reduced, by improving the process for producing the stator core of an outer rotor type motor which is applied to a directly coupled washing machine, such that the back yoke is molded simultaneously with the molding of the stator core. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing the stator core and the back yoke of an outer rotor type motor for a washing machine comprises a step of preparing a parent material, i.e. an electric steel plate, and a step of pressing the prepared parent material, such that a back yoke is formed in the contour of the prepared parent material and a core is formed in the inner region of the back yoke of the base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
