PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device capable of effectively preventing cold draft, being inexpensively manufactured, miniaturizing a case, being easily handled in safety, and being properly used as a heater for a window. SOLUTION: This heater device has a plate-shaped heating wire accommodating part incorporating heating wires, a heat radiating part kept into contact with the heating wire accommodating part and having a heat transfer face in the vertical direction, and the case for accommodating the heating wire accommodating part and the heat radiating part.
