摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving means for facilitating the adjustment of a magnetic field by a shim member by effectively controlling the influence of a driving magnetic field caused by a gradient magnetic field coil or a superconducting coil, and controlling the magnetic force working on the shim member. SOLUTION: The superconducting magnet device has coil containers 10 and 12, which respectively store main coils 20 and 22 and correction coils 24, 26, 28 and 30, disposed facing each other. The coil containers are connected to each other via connecting rods 16 and 18, and the space between the coil containers is a magnetic space 14 with a static magnetic field. Recesses 38 and 40 are formed on the surfaces of the coil containers facing the magnetic space, and shield substrates 54, 56, 58 and 60 made of aluminum or copper are disposed on wall surfaces of the recesses. Female screw-shaped insertion holes 62 are formed on the shield substrates 54 and 56, and female screw-shaped insertion holes 66 are formed on the shield substrates 58 and 60. A screw 64 or a holder 72 with the shim member 76 is inserted in either one insertion hole 62 or 66 for adjusting a component of the unevenness of the magnetic field in an imaging region 52.
