PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrate-regasifying method capable of efficiently decomposing and gasifying a hydrate to recover gases, and a hydrate-regasifying apparatus. SOLUTION: The hydrate-regasifying apparatus comprises a water-storage part 120 for decomposing the hydrate 41 while floating it, hydrate-supplying means 20a and 20b for supplying the hydrate 41 to the water storage part 120, and a gas-recovering means L3 for recovering gases formed by the decomposition of the hydrate 41.
