PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the difference between a temperature of a heat transfer medium immediately after discharged from a heat transfer medium refrigerant supply device, and a temperature of the heat transfer medium just before being returned to the heat transfer medium refrigerant supply device after supplied to an external heat exchanger, within a predetermined value. SOLUTION: This heat transfer medium circulating device 1 for supplying the heat transfer medium received from the heat transfer medium supply device to the external heat exchanger 104, and returning the returned heat transfer medium to the heat transfer medium supply device, comprises a first heat transfer means 5 capable of transferring the heat between the heat transfer medium before supplied to the external heat exchanger 104 and a heat accumulating means 3, and a second heat transfer means 7 capable of transferring the heat between the heat transfer medium after returned from the heat exchanger 104 before returned to the heat transfer medium supply device and the heat accumulating means 3.
