PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver enhancing the degree of design freedom, and the stability / uniformity of the performance without the need for addition of particular components. SOLUTION: In the receiver provided with a plurality of oscillators, the oscillating frequency of at least one of a plurality of the oscillators can be changed / set, and at least one oscillating frequency of the oscillators whose oscillating frequency can be changed is changed / set so that the frequency produced on the basis of a plurality of frequencies oscillated from a plurality of the oscillators is not coincident with any of the frequencies used by the receiver.
