PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board satisfying an electrical connection reliability and a solder bonding reliability without inhibiting a higher density of a solder land, and preventing a short sircuit of an adjacent solder land at the time of reworking. SOLUTION: The circuit board comprises one side circuit board element 1 and the other side circuit board element 3. Forming the solder land 2 of the one side circuit board element 1 by a rectangular wide width part 21 and a narrow width part 22 long in a cross direction with the solder land forming part of the other side circuit board element 3 superimposed expands the mutual interval (e) of the narrow parts 22, 22 more than the mutual intervals (a) of the broad parts 21, 21.
