PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article-dispensing device configured so as to accurately inform a user of the rest of a card type article to be dispensed, without using electronic expensive constituent elements. SOLUTION: The card-type article dispensing device 19 is equipped with a card storage part 49, where a plurality of card type articles 47 can be stored in a stacked state in a device body 38, and configured so as to dispense a card-type article 47 in the card storage part 49 from a discharge opening 43, in response to a specified operation. Further, this card-type article dispensing device 19 is equipped with a pressure plate 46 which, while put on the top of the card-type articles 47 stacked in the card storage part 49 to press the card type articles 47 with its own weight, moves down as the number of the cards decreases and notification means (for example, 46a, 42, and 49a) of indicating the rest of the card type articles 47 stored in the card storage part 49, based on the moving-down operation of the pressure plate 46.
