PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a milky-white semi-transmission semi-reflection film and a screen plate which are used for a conference in a company and presentation or advertisement by utilizing the glass of a commercial store or a building and to which the videos of a television, a DVD and a personal computer for a general home is projected from a projector. SOLUTION: The milky-white semi-transmission semi-reflection resin layer film is made by peeling the resin layer or removing the white wood-free paper of synthetic paper obtained by coating the front surface and the back surface or either surface of the white wood-free paper made a product for the purpose of usage such as a poster with the resin layer and excellent in water resistance, weather resistance, printability, processability, dimensional stability, stiffness in paper quality, and easiness in incineration or the like. The milky-white semi-transmission semi-reflection screen plate is constituted by sticking the film to a transparent acrylic plate or a glass plate with an adhesive or holding it between two transparent acrylic plates and fixing the periphery of the acrylic plate.
