PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact hydraulic swivel drive for a two-shell grab. SOLUTION: This hydraulic swivel drive has two swivel shafts 8 and 9, and a shaft drive piece 12. The swivel shafts 8 and 9 are mutually rotatably supported in parallel in a shell carrier 1, and a grab arm is connected to these end parts. The shaft drive piece 12 is movably supported in the parallel direction to the swivel shafts 8 and 9, and is joined to the swivel shafts 8 and 9 via a screw part. Thus, the swivel shafts 8 and 9 are constituted so as to rotate in both opposite directions in response to the movement of the shaft drive piece 12.
