PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a new antifungal composition for external use that retains a wide antifungal spectrum of neticonazole as it is, has a strong antifungal activity against Trichophyton and exhibits sufficient antifungal effect in such a low level of concentration as the side-effect can be suppressed down to an unhazardous level.
