PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of automatically adjusting temperature in the inside of a vehicle without receiving influence of heating value in a peripheral environment of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In order to make temperature Tinc in the inside of the vehicle close to established temperature Tptc, the vehicular air-conditioner 10 obtains a target blow-off air temperature TAO of mixed air at temperature according to a mixing rate of warm wind and cool wind, and blows off the mixed air of the target blow-off air temperature TAO. The target blow-off air temperature TAO is corrected by correcting means 36, 37 on the basis of the heating value C which the vehicle received from the peripheral environment. Therefore, the temperature Tinc in the inside of the vehicle can be automatically adjusted without receiving the influence of the heating value C of the peripheral environment of the vehicle, and a temperature environment which an occupant feels comfortable can be materialized.
