PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electric circuit unit from discharge of static electricity in an electronic apparatus like a digital television receiver having a mounting part for mounting a data memory body, which stores data for specifying a receive contractor. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus has an inserting opening 4 formed at a mounting part 2 for inserting a card 5 as a data memory body, a cover 7 rotatable freely for covering the inserting opening 4, a pressing part 9 for operating a switch 12 through a through hole 8 formed at the cover 7, an electric circuit unit 11 for reading the data in the card 5 by the operation of the switch 12 and controlling the electronic apparatus, a shutter 13 for making the through hole 8 in a closed state when there is no pressing part 9 in the through hole 8 and making the spacial path with the switch 12 longer than the opened state, and a joining part 20 for joining the cover 7 and the shutter 13.
