<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film having an absorbing polarizer and a reflecting polarizer laminated, which has a high transmittance and a high degree of polarization and has the variance of transmittance suppressed when displaying black. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical film, a scattering dichroic absorbing composite polarizer and a reflecting polarizer which are constituted into films having a structure of dispersed minute areas are laminated in a matrix formed with a light-transmissive resin containing a dichroic absorbing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
