PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage device capable of preventing information leakage even under circumstances that electric power is not supplied and to provide information equipment having the information storage device. SOLUTION: In the information equipment, in an initial state, an attachment operation part 102 contracts a spring 105 for operation at the time of detection and a circuit 107 to a control operation part is short-circuited by a detection transmission part 106 and, in an attachment state, an attachment transmission bar 200 is inserted and the contraction of the spring 105 for operation at the time of detection of the attachment operation part 102 is released and the bar itself contracts in stead of the spring 105 and, in a removal state, the attachment transmission bar 200 is pulled out and the contraction of the spring 105 is completely released and the circuit 107 to the control operation is opened by the detection transmission part 106.
