PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for quickly configuring specified data for many network devices if necessary without increasing useless traffic. SOLUTION: The configuration means has a detection step for receiving packets transmitted from network devices and detecting that network devices are connected to a network; a determination step for determining whether or not stored specified data for network devices are set to the network devices detected at the detection step; a starting step for starting to set the stored specified data for network devices to the network devices that are determined to be set at the determination step, and a configuration step for setting the stored specified data for network devices to the network devices.
