PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for preventing reversal phenomenon of task priorities among configured systems, without deteriorating the interrupt responsiveness of the systems, and to provide an operation method thereof. SOLUTION: This computer system comprises a management table storage device for managing the priority and system state of a plurality of operating systems for managing different hardware resources, respectively; and a CPU for accessing the management table storage device, switching execution of the operating systems via an adjustment process based on the priority and system state, and operating either the interrupt handling or the exception handling and task processing.
