PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-column joint structure capable of being connected to a column even if there is slippage in a position of a pile without any hindrance. SOLUTION: The pile-column joint structure K connecting the column 10 to the pile 20 with a bolt is equipped with a joint member 30 for connecting the column 10 to the pile 20, the joint member 30 is constituted by having a joint member side plate 31 connected to a base plate 12 of the column 10, a connecting short pipe 32 connecting the upper end to the lower surface of the joint member side plate 31, a backing plate 33 connected to the inside of the lower end of the connecting short pipe 32 and inserting the lower part in the upper end section of the pile 20 and a ring-shaped plate 34 inserted in the connecting short pipe 32.
