The invention relates to a gas storage element (3) which is intended to supply decontaminated gas. The inventive gas storage element comprises: a device (1) for adjusting the discharge pressure or flow rate; a dipping tube (7) which is solidly connected to the gas outlet of the element and which is equipped with a first filtration member (5) for microbial abatement, the upper part of the tube being solidly connected to the aforementioned adjustment device; and a dipping tube (8) which is solidly connected to the gas inlet (2) of the element and which is used to fill same. Moreover, the latter dipping tube (8) is equipped with a second filtration means (4) which is disposed inside the storage element and which is used to filter the gas entering same.
