The invention relates to the locking-sealing devices, destined for prevention of the unauthorized access. The seal contains a body 1, made in the form of a sleeve and a rod 2, coaxially placed therein, where perpendicular to their axis there are made through holes 3 and 4, respectively. Onto the surface of the separating disk 6 of the rod 2, placed between the holes 4, there are made two diametrically opposite pawl latches, interacting with the ratchet teeth, made onto the inner surface of the body 1. Into the body 1 on the side of the open end there is made an internal groove 10, wherein there is installed a lock ring 11 of square section for interlocking the rod 2, introduced into the body 1. On the outside, onto the face of the rod 2 there is placed a plate 5, easily detachable after introducing the rod into the body and winding thereon of a flexible element (not shown on the drawing).
