<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase change rewritable optical disk carrier which can record information at high speed without deteriorating the quality of a light and dark signal detected from a pre-embossed pit. <P>SOLUTION: The depth Dpid of a PID pit column 450 formed in a PID part and the depth Dgl of a groove 402 formed in a groove part are made different from each other. Thereby, the depth Dgl of the groove can be freely changed without causing the deterioration and the sub-standard of a reproduced signal of the PID part, and the phase change rewritable optical disk adapted to high speed recording can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
