摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a centering dislocation of an LD holder and an LD even though there is a shift in environmental temperatures henceforth if the alignment of the LD holder and the LD is already completed at the completion point of a unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a light source unit 20, an LD 21 with an auxiliary member 22 in a body is dropped into a spot facing part 23b with clearance and pressed by the pawl 24a of a presser member 24, which is screwed by a stop screw 25. They are so assembled that a clearance G around the auxiliary member 22 becomes almost equal, and a flexible adhesive is caused to flow therein. Since the elastic force of adhesive is applied to the circumference uniformly even though the clearance between the spot facing part 23b and the outer outline of the auxiliary member 22 changes by a change in temperatures, a dislocation of the optical axis cannot be caused. When a light source accompanied by heat is mounted on a light source holder, metallic material like chromium copper is used as a material with high heat conduction for cooling. When the light source is a metallic package, ceramic with electrically insulation is inserted as an auxiliary member between the light source and the light source holder to prevent high frequency noises. Since the coefficients of linear expansion of chromium copper and ceramic material are much different, a problem can be solved that the optical axis is dislocated by the movement of the LD which is caused by the largeness of a change in temperatures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
