<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of transmitting image processing data of a suitable format from a terminal processing apparatus, and easily and reliably forming a photographic print, and to provide a terminal processing apparatus used for this system. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing system is provided with a photograph processing apparatus 1 having a first image processor 10 for performing image processing, an image processing substrate 20 for generating image data for exposure on the basis of image processing data obtained as the result of the image processing, and an exposure engine 32 for exposing a photosensitive material to an image and printing the image on the basis of the image data for exposure; the terminal processing apparatus 2 provided with a second image processor 40 for performing image processing for the image data; and a network 3 for connecting one or more photograph processing apparatus 1 to one or more terminal processing apparatus 2.
