ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITION CONTAINING ZIRCONIA FOR COATING, USED FOR HIGHLY ABRASION RESISTANT FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for an electrically conductive abrasion resistant coating or a resistor exhibiting favorable signal quality with a uniform surface electrical property, and having high mechanical and thermal characteristic features, and a cured film.

SOLUTION: This polymer composition is a resistor composition used to form a screen printed cured film on a base plate. The composition contains (a) 5-30 wt.% of a polymer resin, (b) 10-30 wt.% of electrically conductive particles selected from the group consisting of carbon black, graphite and their mixture, and (c) 0.1-10 wt.% of zirconia particles, and all (a), (b) and (c) are dispersed in 60-80 wt.% of an organic solvent. A cured resistant film composition is also provided.
