<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accommodating efficiency when accommodating a commodity in a paper box, and to realize the consistent quality of the accommodated commodity by easily assembling and maintaining the paper box. <P>SOLUTION: In the paper box having a bottom plate and front and rear and right and left four-side walls to constitute a box body with a top side and one side opened, a front upper lid plate and a rear upper lid plate which are foldably connected to the front and rear side walls to close a top front half part and a rear half part of the box body, front and rear handle pieces which are foldably connected to the front and rear top lid plates and erected when closing the lid and overlap in the longitudinal direction, and right and left engagement pieces which are foldably connected to the right and left side walls and engaged with right and left ends of the front and rear handle pieces in the erected condition, engagement grooves with an outer opening part narrower than a distal part are formed in right and left ends of the front and rear handle pieces, an engagement hole in the vertical direction is formed below a fold of upper and lower intermediate parts of the right and left engagement pieces. The right and left engagement pieces are folded in a V-shape outwardly in the right-to-left direction at the fold, and opening end lower edge portions of the right and left engagement grooves of the front and rear handle pieces are fitted in the right and left engagement grooves of the front and rear handle pieces in the erected condition while being passed through the engagement holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
