<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the creation of menus such as diets for obesity and allergies from a regular menu. <P>SOLUTION: A menu creation apparatus comprises recipe inputting means for inputting entries including dish names; recipe card storing means for storing the input dish names and the like; menu register master storing means for storing the input dish names and the like on every foodstuff used, classification magnification storing means for prescribing usages of foodstuff classes in special diet menus in ratios to usages of foodstuff classes in a regular menu; dish substitute storing means for changing dishes of the regular menu to dishes of the special diet menus; menu inputting means for inputting a regular menu; magnification changing means for changing the usages of foodstuffs included in foodstuff classes used in each dish of the menu input by the regular menu inputting means, according to the ratios in the class ratio storing means; dish substituting means for changing dishes of the changed menu to dishes of the special diet menus according to the dish substitute storing means; and food type changing means for changing dishes of the changed menu to the same dishes correspondingly present as the special diets in the menu register master storing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
