PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet having heat resistance, mechanical characteristics, adhesiveness and high magnetic characteristics and useful for the application to a printed wiring board, a microwave absorber, an antenna, an inductor and the like. SOLUTION: The multilayered sheet is composed of at least two layers, that is, a support base material (A) becoming a conductive layer and a polyimide layer (B) and characterized in that metal fine particles are dispersed in the polyimide layer (B). The manufacturing method of this multilayered sheet includes a process (1) for preparing a metal ion-containing polyimide precursor solution using a diamine, a tetracarboxylic acid dihydrate and a metal salt and/or a metal complex as a raw material, a process for coating a desired support base material with the solution, a process (3) for preparing a metal ion-containing polyimide film by heating the metal ion-containing polyimide precursor solution to a predetermined temperature to perform ring closure reaction and imidation and a process (4) for reducing metal ions to precipitate metal fine particles in the polyimide film.
