PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device and the like with which various kinds of pieces of information can be recorded on a recording medium while preventing contents of moving image information from being carelessly recognized by a user by carelessly presenting a representative image to the user. SOLUTION: A reproduction list PL to be reproduced is recorded on an optical disk 1, and a reproduction list display prohibit flag PHF indicating at least whether or not a display of the representative image indicating contents of the reproduction list is to be restricted.
