PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which can control a terminal device in a flexible manner and is user-friendly, a control program, a storage medium and a control method. SOLUTION: The controller is provided with a display means (16) which indicates an operation screen for controlling the terminal device (2), an information obtaining means (11) which obtains at least information relative to operations of the terminal device and operation objects for operating the terminal device from the terminal device, a synthesizing means (15) which integrates the operation objects into the operation screen, and an information output means (18) which outputs at least information specifying an operation object when it is operated in the operation screen synthesized by the synthesizing means and information relative to the amount of operation to the terminal device.
