PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core where an overlap characteristic is not deteriorated even if it is miniaturized by obtaining a bond magnet for inserting magnetic core gap, which stably shows coercive force of 1,200 kA/m or above even if magnet powder used as a raw material is made fine, and to provide an inductance component using the core. SOLUTION: A 2-17 type samarium cobalt magnet rare earth magnet whose average cell size in a detailed cell structure is 150 to 2,500Åis pulverized so that an average particle size becomes 2.0 to 50μm. Then, raw material powders used for the bond magnet are obtained. Since the average cell size is adjusted to 150 to 2,500Å, the magnetic characteristic, especially, coercive force is not deteriorated even if the average particle size of magnet powder at the time of pulverizing is set to be 2.0 to 50μm.
