PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact temperature detecting device carrying out a measurement with high precision in a detection of target temperature ranging from a low temperature zone to a normal temperature zone. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a thermopile which detects infrared emission of an object; a thermistor which detects the ambient temperature; a first operational amplifier which is calibratable and amplifies an output of the thermopile; and a second operational amplifier which amplifies an output of the thermistor. In the device, the thermopile and the thermistor are used so as to be reversed in their output characteristics, thereby precisely detecting the target temperature ranging from the low temperature zone to the normal temperature zone.
