LOAD SENSOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor with an insulation layer and wiring formed in one plane with unevenness suppressed and with variations in characteristics of a strain sensitive resistor minimized by minimizing the effect of resistive paste on printing properties due to difference in level of the wiring, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The surface of the insulation layer 7 and that of the wiring 8 are formed in one plane so as to minimize a difference in level. This provides functions and effects that the printing properties of the resistive paste are improved, variations are suppressed in characteristics of the strain sensitive resistor 9 even in cases where the plurality of strain sensitive resistors are printed/formed simultaneously, and the characteristics of the load sensor are stabilized.
